1. Saginaw Public Libraries.
2. Saginaw Arts and Enrichment Commission (Anderson Enrichment Center).
3. The Castle Museum of Saginaw County.

Qualifications:

1. Someone who at one time called Saginaw County home.
2. An individual who has earned fame or significant distinction in a field (s) of endeavor.
3. An individual who has made an exceptional contribution to benefit Saginaw County and its citizens.
4. One who established or furthered specific programs to benefit Saginaw County, its citizens or improve the human condition.
5. One who has been deceased at least three (3) years.
